Juliet, TN, looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a crew in the construction of high-end residential and commercial outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on leadership, job site efficiency, and a strong understanding of landscape construction techniques.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a landscape construction crew on daily job site tasksRead and implement landscape plans and blueprints accuratelyInstall hardscape features including patios, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchensOversee plant installation, sod, grading, and drainage solutionsOperate and maintain construction equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.)Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budgetUphold safety standards and enforce job site protocolsCommunicate with clients, project managers, and team membersTrain and mentor crew members to improve productivity and qualityRequirements:3+ years of experience in landscape or hardscape constructionExperience in leading crews and managing job sitesAbility to read and interpret landscape plansSkilled in operating equipment and using power toolsValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusCDL License is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay: $30–$35 (DOE)Paid time offHealth Benefit OptionsGrowth opportunities within the companySupportive, team-oriented work environmentApply today and bring your leadership and construction skills to a company where your work truly transforms outdoor spaces into something exceptional.
