This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected Heavy Civil contractor with a strong pipeline of major projects across Tennessee and Kentucky. With a reputation for delivering complex, high-profile public infrastructure projects, the company is continuing to grow and is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to play a key role in delivering some of its most exciting projects.

You will take ownership of your assigned field operations, leading crews, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Most importantly, this isn't simply another Foreman position. You will have a clear progression path into a Superintendent role, with industry-leading training and the opportunity to develop your leadership and project management skills while working alongside an experienced construction team.

The Role:

Lead and coordinate concrete and heavy civil construction operations across major multi-million-dollar projects

Lead a team in the field

Oversee day-to-day field operations

The Person:

Background in Civil Construction

Experience overseeing job sites

Strong understanding of site safety

Ambitious and looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression into Superintendent-level leadership
