Job Description
Currently McDonald’s is seeking an expert hands-on contract Recruiter to support our Field Operations and Development teams staffing needs. You will be support full-cycle recruitment for your assigned function(s) within the company. You will report to the Talent Attraction Manager and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. To hire the best, we need the best. We want professionals who are hard-working, passionate about candidate experience, and customer obsessed.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs primarily at the manager level and above
Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria
Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process
Maintain best practices throughout the interview process
Build business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners
Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs
Responsible for pulling reports and abiding to metrics and SLAs
Qualifications
Requirements for the Contract Recruiter opportunity include:
Bachelor’s degree
Full-cycle recruitment experience (hospitality and/or QSR experience is preferred)
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and solid knowledge of technology (i.e. Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to thrive as an independent contributor working as a consultant to hiring managers
Ability to manage approximately 15+ requisitions concurrently, with solid attention to detail and prioritization
