Marketing Project Coordinator

What You'll Do
Facilitate and coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate closely with marketing teams and external business partners to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
Foster effective communication channels and facilitate collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate project progress updates, changes, and relevant information to stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties
Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and facilitate the implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Support the organization and facilitation of regular project meetings, including kickoff, status, and review meetings, to maintain alignment and provide updates on project progress
Ensure adherence to project coordination best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, capture feedback, and contribute to process improvements for future projects
Continually evaluate project coordination process to find and improve efficiencies and project output

You Should Have
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress
Understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and resolve issues effectively
