Position Description:
Ecompex is recruiting for a Program Manager to provide professional support services to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) to support real property, technical, energy and environmental objectives and critical missions. The candidate for this position will act as a single point of contact for administration of the program and will provide overall management, oversight, and coordination of all contractor personnel, tasks, and deliverables. Occasional travel will be required. Work is on-site.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a Tier 1 background investigation to be placed in a position of Public Trust.
Bachelor’s Degree related to the position.
Experience in real estate and leasing, construction, energy and engineering, and project management.
Experience with Government contracting.
Minimum of ten (10) years related work experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, Word, Excel.
Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.
Proficiency in tracking program milestones and progress.
Experience managing personnel.
Experience developing monthly status reports and briefing to senior leadership.
Experience facilitating meetings and delegating tasks to personnel.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with clients, executives, team members, and external partners.
Experience aligning project objectives with organizational goals and anticipating future challenges.
Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Ability to make informed decisions that align with project objectives.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and electronically submit Monthly Status Reports.
Provide routine reports on contractor personnel and provide personnel rosters, with current staff, vacant positions, and number of vacancies.
Ensure that all personnel performing on the contract have completed the required training and track progress of completion.
Prepare and electronically submit a Transition Plan.
Provide overall management, oversight, and coordination of all contractor personnel, tasks, and deliverables.
