This is a full-time, in-office position. None of our positions are commission based or involve any cold calling.

Each Technical Assistant provides vital team functions:
* New and renewal account information gathering* Request and keep track of missing information from outside sources* Provides consistency checkpoints* Assistance in accounting procedures such as invoicing* Data entry into multiple internet based systems* Incoming call management for the team
We are looking for people with:
* 1 year experience as support staff in an office environment or a Risk Management & Insurance degree* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
