Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate competitive sourcing events, RF(x) processes, and vendor selection activities in collaboration with DTS leadership and network Strategic Sourcing teams
· Facilitate collaborative efforts with DTS senior leadership and stakeholders, leveraging strong communication skills and business acumen to define technology solutions that align with and support business goals.
· Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to interview, identify, and qualify potential vendors or suppliers. Collaborate with business owners and network strategic sourcing teams to secure an optimized technology portfolio that meets organization needs and objectives.
· Maintain, enhance, and utilize advanced tools and software for portfolio management including vendor risk assessment, value analysis, and performance management to support effective decision-making and strategic planning
· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to track portfolio performance and communicate business results to stakeholders.
· Assist with monitoring compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance and quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met and escalate deviations when necessary.
· Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Provide appropriate support and training to leaders managing vendor accounts.
· Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in vendor management, consulting, or business management, preferably in Information Technology and/or Healthcare.
· Proficient in reporting and visualization development for business stakeholders.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization through oral, written, and presentation forms.
