**BASIC PURPOSE** : Supervises a crew of Technicians and Mechanics that maintain equipment at CNG stations by performing maintenance.
Also troubleshoots issues and repairs equipment as needed by responding to service calls.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Performs maintenance on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment installed at CNG stations.
+ Has daily oversight of Technicians and Mechanics in their responsible area.
+ Monitors times, and employee daily assignments to make sure repairs are completed timely and customer expectations are met and exceeded.
+ Orders supplies and parts as needed within company guidelines and purchasing expectations.
+ Responds to service calls as required
+ Other duties assigned as needed
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
Education:
+ High school Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
+ Experience maintaining basic mechanical or electrical systems
+ 4 years of CNG or 6 years similar experience
**TRAINING WILL INCLUDE:**
+ Train the trainer and all certifications held by the positions Tech I, II, III and Mechanic.
+ Proficiency testing required on above material.
**SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
+ Skills:
+ Hard Skills: Working knowledge of Hazmat and OSHA regulations
+ Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, data entry, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self motivated, good time management skill, ability to multitask and excellent analytical skills
+ Typical Physical Demands:
+ Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
+ Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
+ Requires normal range of hearing and vision
+ Valid driver's license
+ Travel
+ Up to 75% travel could be expected in this position.
