Prelim is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our (small but growing!) team as a Customer Success Associate. If you're passionate about improving banking and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

As a Customer Success Associate at Prelim, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions and ensuring their success with the platform. You will play a key role in driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs

Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training

Proactively engage customers to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction with our products

Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success plans

Stay up-to-date on banking trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science

1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results

Bonus: Knowledgable about banking and banking trends
