We are looking for someone who loves all things People! This person is going to be an integral part of the People team and will get to partner closely with our front line leadership on all things people as well as helping us continue to build out our People Programs and drive key people initiatives.

What you'll do:

Provide guidance to front line management (coaching and guidance on performance management, career development, talent retention and team engagement/productivity/health)

Manage and resolve employee relation issues; conduct investigations when complaints or concerns are brought forth

Play a key change management role as we continue to scale and grow the business

Work in close partnership with Lead People Business Partners on key, strategic people initiatives (org design, change management, talent management/succession planning)

Partner with COE's (compensation, talent acquisition, learning & development) on key initiatives and programs

Project management support and HR initiative roll-out such as Year End and Mid Year cycles (talent reviews, comp planning, employee engagement initiatives, etc)

Experience you'll need: 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience

Ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers and effectively manage those relationships

Knowledge and basic understanding of compensation, labor law, conducting HR investigations

Ability to manage projects and problem solving with a strong sense of urgency

Able to deal with ambiguity, constant changing and dynamic business environment

Good communicator with able to influence actions and outcomes

Experience with Workday HRIS

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$111,400-$167,200 USD
