Summary: The CRM Analyst, Business Solutions will play a crucial role on the Business Solutions team within our Corporate Partnerships department. This team serves as the strategic arm, dedicated to generating revenue and driving value for the Arizona Cardinals' corporate partners through close collaboration with the Partnership Marketing and Sales teams. Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions & Special Projects, the CRM Analyst, Business Solutions will support the department with reporting, analytics, and strategic planning. As the day-to-day Salesforce/KORE administrator, this role ensures consistent training and engagement across the team and accurate tracking of revenue, inventory, and other metrics. Additionally, the CRM Analyst, Business Solutions will maintain data integrity, manage contracts, oversee inventory/rate card management, and handle activation reporting. Beyond leading Salesforce/KORE efforts, the CRM Analyst, Business Solutions will assist with revenue reporting (Power BI) and data research/preparation for partnership pitches. The ideal candidate will understand the backend of Salesforce/KORE, possess strong data analysis skills, identify business trends and opportunities, and be proficient in SQL and data visualization (Power BI).
Primary Job Duties: The CRM Analyst, Business Solutions will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following: KORE/Power BI: Lead CRM management, tracking revenue, inventory, and other metrics
Create and maintain standardized reports (e.g., gross/net weekly revenue, sales pipeline, etc.)
Help maintain and enforce department processes
Manage the Power BI dashboards
Pitch Support: Develop brand briefs and bios for upcoming meetings
Assist in creating case studies of successful partnerships for prospective sales pitches
Perform ad-hoc research or data entry to support business initiatives
Research local companies for the sales team to prospect
Reporting & Insights: Aggregate data for performance metrics for monthly partner scorecards in-season and end-of-season recaps
Work with stakeholders to collect meaningful insights and create compelling stories for partner programs
Collect information from third-party vendors for sponsorship analytics, analyze platform capabilities, and provide insights to stakeholders
Translate complex data into actionable insights through analytical approaches
Analyze revenue data across the League and market, proposing strategies for profitable growth
Department Support: Develop timely and insightful analyses to support the organization's mission, goals, and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with various departments to define and address current and future needs
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably with a major in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or Economics)
Experience: At least 1-2 years professional experience in a professional sports team environment supporting data warehousing, dashboard and reporting, audience identification or CRM system
Experience with CRM (Salesforce/KORE) and data visualization (Power BI)
Good working grasp in SQL
Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, manage laterally and upwards, all with a professional and courteous attitude
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, consultants, and vendors
Excellent business communication skills
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and drive to improve
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs
