Job Description: NavAide is seeking candidates at all levels to support SAP modernization projects with a US Navy client, particularly focusing on Supply Chain Management (SCM). The successful candidates will provide functional, technical, and analytical support across various SAP modules and scenarios, emphasizing Navy logistics/supply processes.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition for SAP SCM implementations.
Offer configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary within the SCM modules.
Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases related to SCM.
Prepare and conduct briefings, demos, or training sessions as needed, specifically tailored to SCM processes and functionalities.
Experience with DoD Logistics environment and Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSRs).
Navy logistics/supply experience preferred, including experience with MILSTRIP, MILSTRAP, DLMS, LOG-IT portfolio.
Experience with integrating SCM solutions with other SAP modules/processes to ensure seamless logistics/supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
5-10+ years of experience with SAP implementation projects within large organizations or government agencies, with a focus on SCM.
Experience with SAP SCM modules and functionalities.
Navy logistics/supply experience preferred, with knowledge of MILSTRIP, MILSTRAP, DLMS, LOG-IT portfolio.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) logistics environment and APSRs is highly advantageous.
Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.
Travel: Approximately 25% travel may be required.
