**Job Title: Site Civil / Land Development Engineer, PE**

**Pay:** **$95,000 - $140,000**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as lead designer/engineer on tasks or projects, and responsible for the
+ financial performance of these.
+ Responsible for studies and designs related to site development and other general civil engineering projects.
+ Perform due diligence for site selection and site planning activities which will include, but is not limited to, preliminary local zoning and environmental evaluation.
+ Assist in the development of site design analysis, site layout plans including grading, drainage, utility services and roadway infrastructure connections
**Requirements**
+ 5-15 years of experience working in civil design with an emphasis in site civil design.
+ Arizona Professional Engineer (PE).
+ Experience in the preparation of work plans, budgets, and project schedules is highly desired.
+ Experience with Autodesk design platforms, preferably Civil3D.
