The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Job Site Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have proven team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, solid decision making.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team on job sites to safely perform maintenance and cleaning in IT facilities
Ensure our warehouse, vehicles and equipment are exceptionally maintained and prepared for each client project
Write service reports following established guidelines
Direct communication with clients on all projects
Ensure scope of work is complete and level of service is above client expectation
Desired Qualifications:
Enjoy leading a team - proven track record
Production and efficiency oriented
Love to work with your hands (mechanically inclined) equipment/auto maintenance skills a bonus
Thrive on seeing a finished project
Desires a position that offers many different responsibilities
Takes pride in your attention to detail almost as much as your attendance record
Scoff at terms like “physically demanding” and “able to lift 30 pounds”
Spatial intelligence, good logic and problem-solving
Effective communication skills
Computer skills
Like to occasionally travel and stay in a hotel
