Job Summary & Requirements

Job Summary:

As a CSR, you will be the point of contact with our customer for coordinating custom label orders from inception to shipment and will resolve issues in regards to customer's expectations and troubleshoot delivery issues.

You will provide high quality, customer- driven service through proactively identifying and addressing customer requests by fielding a high volume of incoming calls.

Responsibilities include:

Answering all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Sales order entry - review the customer's purchase order for label specifications including size and dimension, quantity, raw material, color selection, copy position, packaging and delivery instructions, and custom specification requirements. Resolve any purchase order discrepancies with customer. Enters orders accurately into computerized order system.

Expedites label orders - review all pertinent information on the sales order and provides accurate information to all areas of production. Conduct daily review of the open order report and communicate with supervisors within all areas of production.

Develop business relationship with the customer. Acts as the liaison between customer and salesperson. Communicate price to the customer and keeps the salesperson informed of all activity pertaining to the customer.

Education and/or Experience:

Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills/Aptitudes:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Take initiative and resolve or escalate complaints.

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively perform at a high level in a fast paced environment

Dependable

Desire to continually learn and take on new responsibilities

Outstanding work ethic

Team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, sales persons, management, and other employees of the organization.

Computer Skills: Ability to access, retrieve, update and review files utilizing Microsoft Office and Excel. Advanced Excel skills desired. Experience with AS400 desired.
