Description:
+ This is a 100% Design role.
+ Develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of projects that include local developers, educational institutions, and residential & multi-family.
+ Zoning and Ordinance Review
+ Site design including layout, grading, soil erosion, and stormwater management.
+ Design stormwater management compliant with local and State regulations
+ Permitting and approval process on the local, county and State levels
+ Manage multiple projects throughout the approval process.
+ Interact with clients and reviewing engineers to satisfy their requests.
+ Using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD.
+ Will need to know how to do slopes analysis, profile development and road corridors, set-up terrains and pipe networks and do grading in AutoCad.
Qualifications:
+ BS in Civil Engineering
+ 5-10 years of relevant experience in site-civil work
+ Civil 3D
