The Role:
Are you Hungry, Humble and Smart?? We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader who will lead 1-3 locations and provide oversight of operations with complete accountability for locations P&L. As the Regional Vice President (RVP), you will provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to department management and team members. This role will direct all aspects of a location(s) operations (e.g., Sales/Revenue Generation, Finance, Operations, Service & Administrative) while creating a high-performance culture that delivers results at or above budgeted levels.
Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors location performance, and works closely with the Area President to develop key strategies in alignment with Power Support Partners' Purpose, Mission, and Values.
Required Skills:
Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and/or procedures proactively; identify issues and implement solutions.
Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, and labor management.
Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)-familiar with Service Titan or like system preferred.
Large scale project management
Implements targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth.
Manages P&L & BS with a strong focus on revenue growth and margin enhancement.
Forecasts business (growth/decline) develops strategies to address changing business environments and sets organizational/individual goals accordingly.
Sets targets and standards for revenues, productivity, safety, costs, regulatory compliance, inventory control and buying.
Proactively develops the location(s) team through recruiting, selecting, and growing exceptional talent, managing/coaching employee performance, and holding employees accountable against expectations and business metrics.
Reviews, supports, and implements safe work practices in compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
Acts as the Brand Ambassador for the local community by promoting smart Marketing strategies and initiatives.
Leadership experience in large sales organizations, including experience building and developing a team.
Our RVP must obsess over the "Customer Journey," and strive to improve in this always.
Be able to identify the "Right People, Right Processes, and Right Systems" to do the job right the first time.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of leading an organization with specific accomplishments in strategic roles (i.e., strategic growth planning, building relationships with all levels of an organization, driving cultural change).
