Essential Functions
Perform monthly billing, cash application and customer reconciliations.
Participate and help prepare A/R aging report to review with Operations team on a monthly basis.
Apply cash receipts daily and ensure credit payments do not sit unapplied on customer accounts
Analyze and reconcile distributor accounts and open receivables.
Analyze franchisee payment trends and open receivables to provide AR updates weekly and/or as needed.
Assist in preparation of Bad Debt analysis.
Ensure a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Research and resolve disputed receivables, double billings, short pays, etc.
Prepare and enter adjustments as necessary to ensure proper accounting treatment
Work with internal resources to develop action plans for delinquencies and other franchisee account issues.
Ensure interfaces between sales reporting system and Microsoft AX are working properly
Train other team members on position as backup
Follow cash application & dunning letter process deadlines
Update tracker file for friendly emails, dunning letters, and payment plans.
Respond timely to International Operations team and franchisees to maintain great communication.
Assist in various other special projects as needed for the Revenue & Accounts Receivable Director or other members of management for both FOCUS Brands Corporate and the brands.

Job Summary The International Accounts Receivable Specialist tracks and resolves outstanding payment issues and generates aging reports in a timely manner. This position performs monthly billing, cash application, and customer reconciliations. Responsibilities also include assisting in the preparation and review of accounts receivable reports and franchisee support to ensure all invoices are paid and past due receivables are investigated.

Skills & Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to be flexible and effectively work with others as a team
Possesses a high degree of drive and ability to produce results/accomplish goals in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
Demonstrated track record for flexibility and urgency in prioritizing and organizing projects
