Customer Service Representative

State Farm Agency located in Concord, NC is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.
Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set! We are looking for an individual that has wonderful verbal and written greeting skills as well as compassion for customers. This position requires someone who is organized, focused, can multi-task, and who has proficient computer and program skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer phones and greet clients.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
