The Work You’ll Do
Our Construction Management Practice in the Eastern Pennsylvania area is currently seeking a Construction Inspector with Public Agency TRANSPORTATION AND FACILITY experience including but not limited to PADOT, PATPKA, SEPTA, AMTRAK, CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, and LOCAL EASTERN PA MUNICIPALITIES AND PA/NJ BRIDGE AUTHORITIES Preferred!
The Qualifications You’ll Need
Prior experience working with Transportation or Transit Projects, especially Highway and Bridge, for the inspection and oversight of construction contractors work
NICET Certification is required
ACI, NECEPT, PennDOT Concrete Certifications a plus
NJSAT, Rutgers Traffic Control is a plus
Ability to hear normal conversation
Ability to Lift/Carry – less than 20 pounds
English language ability
File, collate and tasks requiring manual dexterity
Ability to Stoop, Kneel, Crawl
Ascend/descend ladders, scaffolding, etc.
Maintain equilibrium on uneven/moving surfaces
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced Construction Inspector on Facility projects providing inspection and oversight of construction contractors work
Reporting to client representatives and acting as company point of contact
PTC and PennDOT experience includes TCI, TCIS, and TCM classified PennDOT Inspector positions
Experience in the area of highway construction
