The Job
Architect and develop core gameplay features for a blockchain-enabled AAA extraction shooter, using Unreal Engine. Your role is to create designer-friendly, expandable gameplay systems while optimizing for memory, CPU, and networking.
Partner with game designers and engineers to realize the game's vision.
Lead the development of core gameplay features using Unreal Engine.
Design and implement gameplay systems aligned with design requirements.
Develop systems that accommodate future expansion.
Write high-quality, maintainable code with performance optimization in mind.

Additional Information:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $200,000 + stocks + tokens + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
