Assembly Technician Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 20.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift
  • Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components using hand tools, power tools, and detailed work instructions.
  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to build quality products to specifications.
  • Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy, identifying and correcting issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting production goals.
  • Assist with inventory, packaging, shipping, and other production-related tasks while working as part of a team.

Assembly Technician Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
