The Service Consultant is the primary liaison between the Service Department and its customers.

Responsibilities
Greeting customers promptly
Obtaining customer and vehicle information
Reviewing vehicle repair histories in dealership files and verifying any needs for recalls through the manufacturers online system
Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers as needed
Verifying that the final invoices reconcile with the work performed on the R.O.
Overseeing delivery of vehicles to the customer after their visit from the cashier
Participating in Manufacturers sponsored trainings and programs
Qualifications
One year writing service or working in service BDC required
Valid Indiana Driver's License
Extraordinary communication skills both verbal and written
Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic
Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
