Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Supervisor implements procedures for the effective implementation of protocols conducted through the CRSO. Performs audits of day to day research activities to ensure studies are completing work on deadlines. Develops training program and assists in development/implementation of clinical research SOPs throughout CHLA. Attends meetings with study team and PIs to ensure team understanding and needs of protocol/PI. Supervises a team of clinical research staff.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5+ years clinical research experience.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline. Must hold a SOCRA or ACRP clinical research certification.
Pay Scale Information
USD $76,128.00 - USD $137,030.40

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
