Responsibilities

Inbound Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and proposing solutions.
Policy Customization: Tailor insurance plans to meet each client's specific needs and preferences.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies.
Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about insurance industry trends and updates to offer valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Client Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
