We're looking for a people leader with these qualities who can:
• support the development, delivery, and management of the enterprise document platform
• support digitalization and storage of documents created from business process (e.g., Loan Origination, Account Opening)
• coordinate the records lifecycle management to ensure compliance with financial service industry laws, regulations, and corporate requirements
• support document search and retrieval for business processes via secure access controls and policies
• records retention and disposal according to internal policies or external mandates, supported by workflow-based approvals
• partner with IT and multiple vendors depending on the product class
Your team
To better serve Financial Advisors and clients in North America, UBS aims to modernize our capabilities, and deliver a more holistic, full-service offering to our clients. UBS will enhance the core systems to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering offerings with a focus on key segments. UBS will build on its already high-performing foundation and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise -personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.
You will be working on an agile Pod that will help drive enterprise-wide document management across multiple origination and servicing platforms. The platform will deliver on key capabilities across the document capture, storage, and management spaces. This platform will enable archiving of documents, document versioning, workflow, and document storage (e.g., statements) at the enterprise level.
You'll be joining the Client Onboarding team in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.
Your expertise
• proven knowledge in document management, ideally 5 years' worth of experience
• experience working in the financial services industry, preferably banking and wealth management
• familiarity with document management risks and solutions in a digital environment
• knowledgeable in agile methodologies and delivery
• excellent problem solving analytical and investigative skills, detail-orientation, independent thinking, and organizational skills
• ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and high-level of attention to detail
• strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to peers and management
