Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Description Job Description Radius Global Solutions is looking for a Legal Admin for our Jacksonville, FL office.

*Full-Time Position (Monday-Friday)

*Hourly rate + monthly Commission

Summary :

The Admin Assistant for the First Party Litigation Legal team will handle the preparation of legal documents throughout different phases of the civil litigation process. Provide administrative support to the in-house legal team.

Essential Functions :

• Compile and organize documents for litigation.

• Make phone calls to courts.

• Screening / Transferring of multi inbound calls.

• Ensure all proper authorizations have been secured prior to final processing.

• Preparing outgoing mail and notices

• Receiving incoming mail and notices

• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma Required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

• 1+ years administrative assistant experience preferred

• Excellent data entry skills required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs required.

• Detail orientation, problem solving, accuracy and organizational skills required.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Background checks and drug screens are performed.
