Description :
Client and/or Toshiba experience required - Client Hi Def or Revolution (top of the line) COVID vaccine required AT TIME OF SUBMISSION - Medical exemption acceptable Flu vaccine required - medical exemptions are acceptable 36Hrs/week - weekends/holidays required .
Must have level 1 trauma experience: must have worked inpatient acute care, level 1 trauma. - Required Must have Peripheral IV Skills Required - they have to start an IV on all outpatients
NO BLOCK SCHEDULING UNLESS WILLING TO WORK ALL WEEKENDS Every other weekend at minimum.
MUST HAVE ASSOCIATES DEGREE (Chemistry) Required for POC testing.
Cannot take certificate programs.
Required travel experience.
No first time travelers
NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Start date: ASAP starts - 4 weeks out Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission.
ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered.
