LOCATION: Bothell, WA
This position is onsite 3 days a week. No Remote Option ***
This is a full time, direct hire position, offering full medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. Salary range is from $70,000 - $118,000 based on years of experience
Job Summary
Performs complex technical analysis to determine present and future business results within a repair department. Utilizes various data forms to make recommendations for business and profitability improvements. Prepares reports and presentations for department heads to use for executive meetings.
Major Responsibilities
Analysis and Reporting
Provides in-depth analysis and reporting to management regarding multiple facets of operations.
Monitors and audits data for accuracy and completeness.
Analysis of project performance metrics and reports.
Preparation and distribution of monthly reports to regions.
Responsible for the overall project data management and maintaining data integrity.
Performs overall project data management and maintenance of data integrity.
Recommendations & Forecasting/Planning
Provide recommendations on how to improve existing software tools, reporting tools and procedures to improve global operations.
Communication & Training
Supports regions with logistical issues.
Communication and collection of data from various organizations.
Oversee and provide direction of Training for Business users on a variety of support topics.
Communicate and report issues, status, and results to management.
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related discipline.
MBA Preferred.
Minimum 8 years' of related experience Required

Highly articulate with excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as a team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical staff and convey complex ideas in written/oral communication.
Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining and retaining the “big picture”.
Structured approach in management of day-to-day and long-term activities.
Advanced experience with Oracle, Microsoft Office, and other tools.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
Uses professional concepts and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Possess a propensity for learning agility/curiosity and proactively learns new technologies and applies these capabilities to solve different business problems.
Ability to multitask on multiple projects and work with different teams.
Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate issues to higher management.
Second language skill is a plus.
Ability to lead initiatives and project teams.
Other Requirements
Business travel may be required (~20%)
