Marketing Manager

Reporting the SVP of Marketing, Atlas is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing company. You will play an instrumental role in building and supporting the marketing function and working cross functionally to various branding and demand generation initiatives.

You're a seasoned marketer that will oversee and execute the company's marketing efforts across various channels, including email campaigns, industry events, digital content, and paid media. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end marketing processes, ensuring brand consistency, and achieving our goals for audience engagement and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns while measuring results and optimizing them to convert for future campaigns.

Identify, plan for and participate in key industry events and tradeshows by coordinating logistics, developing event-specific marketing materials and measuring event performance and ROI.

Manage digital marketing for the company including but not limited to the blog, social media, video and paid media, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with the company's marketing strategy.

Coordinate with content creators and writers, ensuring content is SEO-optimized and drives organic traffic.

Monitor, manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure that the company is invested in the best channels and programs

Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals.

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in online marketing, design tools, and applications.

Desired Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing, with strong results in B2B and/or healthcare technology

Event management experience is preferred

Proficient in marketing automation systems and analytics tools.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Budget-management skills and proficiency.
