Experienced Senior Analytics Engineer
4+ more years of analytics engineering experience
Experience in the healthcare field
Proficient with Data Visualization/Modeling
Proficient with Tableau and other visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker, Qlik, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, etc..
Experienced with SQL, Python, R or other GUI based tools
Data Modeling experience and experienced with SSIS, DataBricks, Azure Data Factory, etc.
Data Warehousing and experienced with SQL Server, Oracle, DataBricks, Snowflake, etc..
nalytics project management and technical development capabilities
Business process understanding
Bachelor's Degree preferred
DUTIES:
Lead the development data products that are oriented towards improving the ability to make data driven decisions.
Lead projects and tasks throughout the development lifecycle
ssist program managers and other team members to understand the business scope, technical and functional requirements
Conduct technical aspects of an analytics agile development life cycle that include development, testing and deployment.
Offer expertise in data analysis and provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
Lead and conduct technical development - stakeholder engagement, data modeling, dashboard development, product testing, etc. - on multiple projects at singular point in time.
Leads end to end self-service data product projects that may require an analytics consultation, data modeling, dashboard development or other analytics services.
Create data extracts with SQL/Python to be utilized to improve existing self-service data models
Ensure that developed data products show accurate KPI's & metrics
Conduct working sessions with internal program and technical analytics staff on technical and analysis projects.
Utilizes data visualizations to develop end to end data products that provide an efficient end user experience to decrease the time to insight/value curve.
Work with teams to identify gaps
