Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Development to join our executive team. This strategic role is responsible for driving Peerlogic's growth through the recruitment and onboarding of strategic partners and the negotiation of multimillion-dollar deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise partnership negotiations and a deep understanding of the healthcare and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners.

Negotiate and close multimillion-dollar deals, ensuring alignment with Peerlogic's strategic objectives and financial goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and partner integration.

Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare and technology landscapes, including market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory implications.

Represent Peerlogic at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand recognition and establish strategic relationships.

Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise-level partnerships in the healthcare and/or technology sectors.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close large-scale deals and partnerships.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly the dental sector, is a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed.
