**Tassio Temperature Control Inc.** specializes in residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems sales, repair and maintenance. We are located in the San Fernando Valley and provide top service and customer service to the communities of Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

We are seeking **Customer Experience Coordinator** to join our team in Canoga Park, CA. You bring the desire to succeed as a customer service professional, and we'll provide the necessary training. The right candidate will be a dedicated professional who thrives fast-paced environment and can deliver outstanding customer experience to our clients.

**Position Summary:** This position makes sure that all the installations have necessary equipment and paperwork to be carried out in a high quality and professional manner. Customer experience coordinator also schedules all the sales appointments and coordinates communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, utility companies, vendors and the office. Works closely with the owner and the installation manager. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and team oriented.

**Pay Scale:** $23 - 27 per hour depending on experience

**Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Aflac, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K

**Work Hours:** 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime required as needed

**Required Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or its equivalent

* Must pass background screens & drug test

* Advanced customer service skills; sales experience is a plus

* 2+ years of administrative / office experience

* HVAC industry experience is a plus

* Experience with planning and / or scheduling work, deliveries, production is preferred

* Knowledge of Microsoft programs, especially Word and Excel

**Competencies:**

* Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

* Superior organizational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Great attention to detail and problem solving skills

* Positive and professional attitude, friendly personality

* Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during hectic periods

* Customer-oriented approach and a desire to assist others

* Ability to work as a team
