Project Manager position with leading contractor in the Western U.S., specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure Responsibilities Create and maintain project schedules
Create and maintain project budgets
Monitor project costs and forecast job cost reports
Issue and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders
Author most project related correspondence
Conduct project related meetings
Train and develop personnel
Resolve technical and contractual project issues
Manage labor associated with the projects
Maintain positive relations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Lead projects to be built correctly and safely
Create and execute project closeout plans
Qualifications Construction Management or Engineering degree
5 or more years of management experience in Water/Wastewater Construction
