They partner with organizations across financial services and life sciences to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems, including agentic AI, LLM applications, and large-scale cloud platforms.With strong backing and over 100 enterprise customers, the company is expanding its North American presence and building a high-caliber team to lead complex enterprise engagements.What You Will DoEngage directly with enterprise customers to understand business processes and technical challengesDesign and architect scalable AI-driven solutions across cloud, data, and application layersLead pre-sales solutioning, including architecture design, sizing, and technical proposalsAct as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers from problem definition to deploymentTranslate business requirements into secure, scalable system architecturesPartner with global delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutionsBuild long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across financial services and life sciences organizationsRepresent the company's technical expertise in high-stakes enterprise engagementsIdeal Candidate Background8–15 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar rolesStrong experience working with enterprise customers in financial services or life sciencesDeep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable)Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures across data, AI, and application layersProven experience in pre-sales solutioning and technical proposal developmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex technical systems into business valueCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $200,000 – $250,000Variable compensation (bonus) + equity (ESOP ~$60K–$80K annually)Fully remote flexibility (US-based)Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI systems for Fortune 2000 companiesHigh visibility role working directly with co-founders and leadershipFast-growing company with strong enterprise demandThis is a high-impact role for experienced solution architects who want to operate at the intersection of enterprise systems, AI, and customer engagement—designing real-world AI solutions for large-scale organizations.
