Solution Architect & Digital MarketingClient: Digital Media CompanyLocation: New York, NY, 10036Duration: 09 monthsPay Range: $71 - $75/hrBenefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable)Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical CRM / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect.Deep hands-on expertise with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder Data Extensions.Strong development skills in AMPScript and SQL.Working knowledge of SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript).Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integrating SFMC with external platforms.Strong understanding of data modeling, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing.Proven experience managing technical projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.Experience with Braze or other enterprise email service providers (ESPs).Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Hightouch, mParticle, or Tealium.Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and CCPA compliance requirements.
