Acre has partnered with an energy SaaS startup that is revolutionizing the way commercial and industrial businesses reduce energy costs and enhance resilience. Through their highly engineered software platform, they educate C&I businesses (Fortune 500 to small shops) on all available energy technologies and advise them on what solutions work best to suit that individual business's needs. With access to their robust supplier marketplace, C&I businesses can release RFPs and be on the receiving end of a diverse set of proposals from the world's leading energy technology suppliers, ultimately empowering them to obtain the best non-biased solution that suits their specific needs.
The team is looking for a strong Senior Marketing Manager. In close collaboration with the CEO and Sales Leader, you will be responsible for building and owning all things marketing, starting with defining strategy through execution and growing the team. This is the most senior marketing position in the organization, with high levels of ownership and autonomy, and a line of sight to a future Chief Marketing Officer position.
You will:
Develop and lead the execution of a multifaceted marketing strategy conveying an inspiring story to business leaders to position our clients SaaS platform as the tool of choice when strategizing their energy transition move
Collaborate with all internal teams to craft polished marketing material and oversee the development of collateral
Be fully responsible for budgeting, content creation and agency management
Managing ad campaigns to increase product visibility and lead generation
Your background:
5+ years experience as a senior B2B SaaS marketing professional with the ability to take full ownership of marketing and ability to hire a team
Experience marketing to user-relevant user personas (Facility Manager, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Sustainability or EHS) in the Commercial and Industrial industries like Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Distribution Logistics, Healthcare, etc.
A passion for renewable energy access with high levels of creativity and collaborative drive
Expertise with copywriting
Expertise with marketing data analytics and data-driven decision making
