Essential Job Functions:
Position responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
Develop and deliver robust and safe iOS applications for medical devices, from the concept phase through design, implementation, unit testing and integration
Collaborate with engineers in UX, embedded software, verification, and other fields to build innovative solutions and ensure requirements and specifications are met
Help plan projects – scope and timelines
Design, implement, unit test and integrate software
Participate in the formal release process for medical devices satisfying quality and regulatory requirements
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience with Smartphone Application development
3+ years of experience with the Swift programming language
Ability to design user interfaces for a wide range of devices, screen sizes
Hands-on experience releasing an iOS app to TestFlight or App Store
Experience with unit and integration testing
Skills:
Application test automation
BLE communication
Git, package managers, Swift, Java, Gradle
Experience in the Medical device industry (IEC 62304) or other highly regulated industry
P hysical:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Compensation : The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on several factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for our employees and their dependents, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a generous PTO policy, and new hire stock options.
