We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position, preferably located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone. The Marketing Coordinator will create and manage a content calendar, post to social media platforms, and manage emails in HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities :
Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar for all digital marketing efforts based on feedback and guidance from the senior leadership team.
Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and regularly monitor social channels for trending topics and opportunities to engage with our audience.
Collaborate with the sales and client success teams to develop email marketing campaigns in HubSpot that can drive new leads, engage existing leads, and nurture existing client relationships.
Track and analyze the performance of email and social campaigns to optimize results.
Manage projects related to graphic design and copywriting resources across the business, including potential outsourced resources.
Engage with the sales and client success teams to ensure they have the tools and resources to market and sell our services.
Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts.
Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
Continually research new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
Develop campaign strategies to promote company brands or products and services. Brainstorm marketing initiatives focusing on driving sales across the platform of companies at Practis.
Manage the content for multiple brands as we grow through mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on social media and email marketing.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with healthcare marketing is a plus.
Work with a sense of urgency.
