THE OPPORTUNITY

The Analyst, Benefits Administration is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (Health, Dental, Vision, Company Car, Cell Phone, etc.). This position provides excellent customer service and oversees quality benefits plans. The Administrator continually looks for improvements of existing processes and monitors all facets of benefits administration. This Analyst, Benefit Administration will execute and administer a wide range of benefits to support the corporate and field employee populations. The ideal person will be energized by and passionate about our brand and cultural transformation with a burning desire to play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational benefits structure and contribute to the development of Total Reward programs. These critical contributions will be made through careful administrative practices, engaging with internal and external customers and working with external partners to find proactive solutions. All of this will help support the development and on-going administration of benefits programs and promote longevity and wellness in the design of benefit programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

+ Oversee and partner with appropriate team members to ensure successful benefits administration with the highest level of accuracy

+ Assist and administer leave requests

+ Communicates and ensures employees are aware of their responsibilities while on leave

+ Ensure the accurate management and reporting of benefit deductions, and other payroll-related transactions

+ Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency

+ Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes, including National Medical Support Notices

+ Liaise with cross-functional teams and engage with employees to ensure the successful delivery and function of our benefits

+ Take direction and guidance and then function in an independent manner, displaying critical thinking to meet deadlines and deliverables

+ Work with a wide range of benefits plans including Health, Dental, Vision, Cell Phone, Company Car, Retirement, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO and LOA policies

+ Demonstrate commitment to the success of the People Experience benefits function by performing other essential tasks as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

+ Our ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of non-exempt and exempt benefits, or related, experience with exposure to a large field-based employee population

+ Current or previous multi-state and multi-site experience preferred, preferably in the restaurant/retail/hotel industry

+ A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, preferably in Human Resources, or another related field of study

+ Experience working with Workday or other HRIS systems, online survey tools, etc.

+ Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects

+ Able to prioritize and use sound judgment and decision-making

+ Solid project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

+ Professional presence with excellent written and oral communication skills

+ Capable of collaborating with executives and business partners at all levels

+ Strong attention to detail

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $48,000-62,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
