Aminimumoften(10)yearsofsuccessfulmanagerialexperienceonConstructionprogramsandprojectsthatprovidedmaintenance,engineeringandlogisticssupportofDepartmentofDefenseandMilitaryfacilities.

SuperiorunderstandingofPlanning,ProgrammingandBudgetingSystemandprovenabilityinfiscalandbusinessmanagement.

KnowledgeofandexperienceinplanningandexecutingQuickReactionCapability(QRC).

TheabilitytocorrectlyinterpretanddirecttheaccomplishmentofFirmFixedBasedandPerformanceBasedcontractrequirements.

Experienceinthedevelopment,collection,analysisandreportingofpersonnelrequirements, configurationmanagement,qualityassurance,engineering,safety,andmaintenanceactivities.

CoordinateswiththeSeniorManagementoncontractrequirementsandconcerns.

Negotiates,creates,implements,andManagessubcontracts.

Managesbudgetatorbelowbudget.

Obtaincustomerperformanceevaluationforeachprojectthatiscompleted.
