This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:Perform detailed project takeoffs and estimates independentlyManage the full project bidding processReview drawings, specifications, and addenda to develop accurate scopes and budgetsDevelop, manage, and maintain project budgets and cost controlsProcess and track change events and change ordersReview and process vendor and subcontractor invoicesAssist with the preparation and administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase ordersReview contract documents and identify potential risks or red flagsMaintain project schedules and monitor progressSchedule, lead, and attend project meetings with owners, general contractors, and internal teamsManage RFI and submittal processes, including maintaining accurate logsMaintain strong communication with field personnel and stakeholdersManage punch list activities and closeout documentation, including as-builtsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partnersConstruction Project Manager Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the construction industryStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsWorking knowledge of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlsStrong problem-solving, attention to detail and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSelf-starter who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilitiesBase salary $100,000 - $145,000 commensurate with experience.
