Manager of Behavioral Health

Responsibilities:
Lead a dynamic behavioral health team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Work closely with medical counterparts to ensure seamless integrated care delivery.
Utilize data analysis to implement processes that enhance health outcomes and reduce costs.
Oversee staff development to ensure person-centered care planning and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Promote engagement in treatment, reduce healthcare costs, and improve access to housing and community resources.
Qualifications:
Clinical licensure in the state of practice with significant supervisory experience in a behavioral health-related field.
Experience in settings serving individuals with complex behavioral health needs, preferably with government-sponsored populations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
