What you'll be doing:
Key procurement responsibilities include:
Provide deep procurement category knowledge and insight in allocated category
Deliver procurement category plans, category sourcing events and commercial contract management for FM spend across The Americas
Develop and share strategies and IP for centrally led categories
Develop effective relationships with key functional stakeholders
Support adoption of the commercial and procurement ways of working, policies and processes within central category teams
Build constructive, collaborative relationships with colleagues
Lead major category projects
Identify and manage category level risks
Provide SME category support as required
This role will report to WPP’s Procurement Category Director – Facilities Management

What you'll need:
Specialist procurement category management experience
Deep procurement FM category experience in terms of operational delivery and commercial models
Stakeholder management experience in a complex, global environment
Ability to influence and manage multiple projects and change events
Experience in running large / complex FM sourcing activities across The Americas
Experience reporting to a line manager in UK
Evidence of responsible / sustainable procurement initiatives
