2. Marketing Specialist

Enhance our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across different channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Inside Sales, and Field Teams to generate leads.
Support marketing events and manage logistical aspects, along with other operational duties.
Analyze marketing performance and refine processes.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Proven HubSpot proficiency.
HubSpot CRM, Sales, and Marketing Certifications (Highly preferred).
Experience in digital marketing.
Basic HTML/CSS and design skills are a plus.
Excellent communication and a creative mindset.
Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
