Who you are:
As a Data Analysis Manager with Frost , you are our leader, providing guidance and support to every single team member on your team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of data analysts to understand the problem at hand, create an analysis plan to leverage the appropriate data, and use data analysis techniques to solve the problem. What you'll do:
Collaborate with the line of business to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical projects
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to understand the problem at hand, create an analysis plan to leverage the appropriate data, and use data analysis techniques to solve the problem
Make recommendations to Product Teams, lines of business, and management based on data analysis findings that support actionable solutions
Develop and implement strategic tests of data products and data initiatives to improve existing data analysis processes
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Align with Current and Future Data Analytics roadmap and strategy
Enhance metadata acquisition process and works with data architecture and data governance
Works with various system owners to establish data life cycle and data integration
What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or in a related field
6+ years data analytics experience or in the process of obtaining a master's degree
Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities in addition to communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Statistical analysis techniques and proficient in Microsoft office suite of tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in Banking Products and experience working in Banking environment
Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and Analytics techniques
Experience implementing Agile methodologies for Data and Analytics environment
Knowledge in ETL technologies and Data Platforms
Additional Preferred Skills: At least 2 years of experience in people management
Experience with Teradata and Informatica
Experience with real time streaming
Experience with Python
Working in Azure environment for Data Analytics
