Upway is a fast-growing startup, building the world's largest e-commerce site for e-bikes . We are rapidly growing in our mission to make electric mobility more accessible and reduce wasteand have expanded to 5 countries during our first year of operation !
We are now hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our operations team in Brooklyn, NY.
In this role, you'll be the voice of Upway, working to solve our traditional customers' pre/post-sale questions, issues, and needs. In addition, you will support our purchasing team by helping review and facilitating customer inbound sales.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to our customers via email, chat, phone, etc. This entails addressing questions from potential customers, resolving post-sale issues, and converting Upway visitors into fans
Support bike shops and individual consumers looking to sell e-bikes to Upway
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations) to ensure smooth transitions throughout both buying and selling processes
Collect feedback from both buyers and sellers to help improve Upway's processes and offerings

Excellent written and oral communication skills
