About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Marketing and omnichannel operations to lead the development and implementation of marketing policies, programs, and systems that span digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning these strategies with the company's national objectives, ensuring long-term success. Responsibilities include directing the marketing and omnichannel departments, shaping strategic planning, and overseeing the execution of cross-channel marketing plans to enhance brand awareness. The role also involves leading the design and implementation of product and service lines, as well as revamping go-to-market strategies for various services. The SVP will be a key figure in the company's leadership, building relationships with media and stakeholders, and will be expected to have a strong technical aptitude, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years experience in senior marketing roles within a retail environment, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement. A Master's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and research and development, as well as experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, financial, and project management skills are essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong customer focus, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. The SVP will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from market analysis to team management, and must be capable of prioritizing and allocating resources to meet the company's marketing objectives.
