Deepgram is looking for a Senior Growth PM that understands that growth is a mindset, not simply a role or job description, and involves deep collaboration and partnership with every function and team in a company. You are data-driven and a creative problem solver able to break down the data into actionable insights and hypotheses. You get the big picture, and you love to be hands-on — collaborating with customers and stakeholders to create design specs, translating those into technical requirements, and delivering engaging user experiences that advance our north star metrics across the user journey.
We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to present new ideas, drive metrics, and go after bold initiatives. You will be an early member of Deepgram’s Product Led Growth team, meaning your fingerprints will be all over the foundation of the product and its growth. This role will report directly to the VP of Product Growth.
Responsibilities:
Drive the creation, experimentation, and optimization of product-led growth initiatives, focusing on experiences across our website, documentation, and developer console
Own the customer onboarding, engagement, and in-product monetization lifecycle
Drive projects from conception through launch, with a focus on consistent execution, iteration, and stakeholder collaboration
Be the bridge between cross-functional teams to communicate, guide, and manage priorities, timelines, and resources necessary for product success
Work closely with Design, Engineering, Research, and Data teams to build, test, and ship quickly
Help direct and conduct customer research and distill analyses to aid strategy and decision making
Have a deep understanding of the tasks customers and users must complete. Use that knowledge to write clear and concise specifications and deliver products that help them accomplish those tasks
Pull data, analyze, and make decisions to drive key success metrics
Skill Set Needed:
6+ years of experience in product management or growth product management
Experience creating products for developers or other highly technical personas
Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments, with a strong willingness and ability to eliminate ambiguity, ensure team members are aligned, and execute
Proven ability to deeply understand analytics and use insights to prioritize and develop product changes that significantly move those metrics
Ability to balance design and technical tradeoffs, then create technical requirements that balance customer and business needs
An understanding of design thinking, user research, and user testing
A knack for building simple and effective user interfaces and the ability to communicate ideas and direction through mockups and wireframes
Experience with Design, Prototyping, Engineering, and Project Management tools like Figma, Github, Asana, Confluence, and Google Workspace
Intermediate-level quantitative analytics skills, including at least basic SQL skills
Experience with online growth, Lead Acquisition, SEO, and performance marketing is a plus
