As the Director of Administrative Services and Risk Management at Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS), you will work with other dedicated professionals in a variety of departments who share your passion for helping others. In this role you will have multiple departmental managers report to you and coordinate daily operational needs of the center.

Plan, organize, and direct a comprehensive array of support services designed to meets to needs of clients and employees
Oversee safety and risk management activities to ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation regulations
Develop and implement best practices across multiple departments
Act as liaison between Devereux and a variety of external services which support internal operations
You will be offered:
Compensation: $104000 - $118560 /yr.
Schedule: Monday- Friday + On call, Day time hours but flexibility is required based on needs of departments.
Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree required in related field. Engineering and organizational management backgrounds a plus
EXPERIENCE: 10 years supervisory experience. Project planning and oversight a plus.
Valid driver's license must be maintained
